For a one-year membership in the Pearl Jam fan club just send $5 check or money order, or send $6 (U.S. dollars) if you live outside the U.S. Please remember to send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) if you wish membership confirmation. There are no membership cards. Your current membership expiration date is printed next to your name on the address label of your fan club newsletter.
